Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Camp fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds of any portion of camp fees (minus a $50 processing fee) will only be made when notice of cancellation is received before May 1. 

If cancellation occurs between May 1 and May 31, 50% of the original fee (minus $50 processing fee) will be refunded.

After June 1, no refunds will be issued. 

Emergency Circumstances

In some cases, refunds may be granted after the cancellation and refund period for medical or emergency circumstances only. A written notice of cancellation with explanation of medical or emergency circumstances must be provided for a refund request to be considered.

Additional documentation may be requested by Summit Math and Code Camp.

Partial or full refunds for medical or emergency circumstances will be at the discretion of Summit Math and Code Camp after reviewing the request.

Inclement Weather

In the event a camp is cancelled due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, refunds will not issued.

Insufficient Enrollment

If a program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, every effort will be made to place campers in a similar program. If a camp session is canceled, and we are unable to place a camper in a similar program, a full refund will be issued.

Other Policies and Procedures

No refunds will be given for campers arriving late, leaving early, dismissed from camp, or unable to attend all or part of a session.

Summit Math and Code Camp may make changes to cancellation and refund procedures as needed when considering the health and safety of campers and staff.
