From time to time, Summit. Math and Code Camp ("SMCC") may take pictures or record videos of campers participating in camp programs for use on its website, social media and camp publicity purposes.

Acknowledgment and Permission

I hereby allow SMCC to use photo and/or video of my child for any legal use, including but not limited to camp publicity, social media, and/or use on its website, unless I notify SMCC in writing.

I do not allow SMCC to use any photo or video of my child for any use, including camp publicity, social media, or use on its website.
